Very unprofessional experience.<br>My first appointment was cancelled a week before because the orthodontist was sick and moved three weeks later. Now they cancelled the rescheduled appointment as well, this time due to “internal restructuring”.<br>After cancelling on me twice, they didn’t even offer a new appointment, just told me to book again myself online. Not the kind of reliability I’d trust for a long-term orthodontic treatment. I'm not surprised now by the other bad reviews, I couldn't even get a first appointment reasonably.
